Van Repair

TouchUps Body Shop carries out bodywork on light commercial vehicles of all sizes, repairing small car-derived vans like the Ford Connect and Peugeot Partner through to long wheelbase, high-roof vehicles like the Mercedes Sprinter and VW Crafter. Whether you're a self-employed driver with one van on the road or a fleet operator managing multiple vehicles, the approach is the same: get it repaired properly and get it back to you.

What We Repair

Our team handles the full range of light commercial vehicle bodywork, including:

  • Long wheelbase and high-roof vans
  • Car-derived and mid-size vans
  • Fleet and liveried vehicles
  • End of lease de-fleet refurbishments
  • Full van repaints, new and used

TouchUps Body Shop will assess the repair and where it's safe to do so, repair rather than replace. That keeps costs down without compromising the result.

Genuine Parts For Van Repairs in Glasgow

Manufacturer parts are used across all repairs, on all brands. It's worth knowing that manufacturer approval schemes are largely about ordering discounts and software access. The parts are the same either way, and every repair is carried out in line with manufacturer specifications.

On top of that, every repair comes with a lifetime guarantee for as long as you own the vehicle. Quality control is taken seriously here, and nothing leaves the workshop until it meets the standard.

Insurance Repairs and Non-Fault Accidents

TouchUps Body Shop manages the full insurance claims process, handling it from start to finish so you're not left chasing it yourself. For non-fault accidents, we can provide a like-for-like replacement vehicle while yours is being repaired, use genuine manufacturer parts throughout, and there's no excess to pay. If the accident wasn't your fault, you shouldn't have to carry the cost or the inconvenience.

For self-employed drivers, being without a van means being without an income. A replacement vehicle is part of the service, and our team will assist with the claim regardless of how straightforward or complicated the circumstances are.

ADAS Recalibration

TouchUps Body Shop has invested in a 360-degree ADAS calibration mat covering Advanced Driver Assistance Systems across every major manufacturer. If your van has automatic emergency braking, lane assist, blind spot monitoring, or any other driver assistance system, it needs to be properly recalibrated after bodywork is carried out.

A lot of body shops don't have this equipment, which means those systems can be left out of alignment after a repair. That's not something you want to find out on the road.

Paint Matching and Specialist Finishes

Our on-site paint booth can match any manufacturer's finish, including satin and specialist colours that most body shops won't touch. If the van needs to look exactly as it did before the damage, that's not a problem.

Qualified to Handle It

All panel and paint technicians requalify every three years and are audited against current industry standards. The team holds Level 3 and Level 4 hybrid qualifications under the British Standards Kitemark, covering electric and hybrid commercial vehicles. Structural aluminium qualifications are also held on-site, which most bodyshops don't carry, allowing for repairs on aluminium-bodied vehicles without sending the job elsewhere.

Fleet Enquiries

For businesses running multiple vehicles, TouchUps Body Shop works with fleet operators on an ongoing basis. The same standards apply whether it's one van or ten. Get in touch to talk through your requirements.
