Accident Damage Repair

Minor or serious, every job goes through the same assessment process. The team looks at the full picture before anything is touched, working out the most effective repair route rather than defaulting to replacement parts where repair is the better option. That approach keeps costs down and gets vehicles back on the road faster without cutting corners on quality.

Who We Work With

TouchUps Body Shop holds manufacturer approvals with Tesla, Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, SKODA and CUPRA, but we also carry out repairs across all other manufacturers as well. Approval schemes primarily cover ordering discounts and software access. The parts used are genuine manufacturer parts regardless, and repairs follow manufacturer specifications on every job.

For prestige and specialist vehicles, the workshop has the equipment and trained staff to handle them. That includes structural aluminium repairs, which require specific qualifications that most bodyshops don't hold.

Every Repair is Guaranteed

A lifetime guarantee comes with every repair, covering the full period you own the vehicle. That's underpinned by a strict quality control process. Every job is checked before it's signed off, and the team won't release a vehicle until the repair meets the required standard. The focus is on getting it right rather than getting it done quickly.

Insurance Claims

TouchUps Body Shop manages the entire claims process for insurance repairs. You don't need to handle the back and forth with your insurer. The team takes care of it, working with all the major insurers as an approved repairer.

For non-fault accidents, there's no excess to pay, a like-for-like replacement vehicle is available while yours is being repaired, and genuine manufacturer parts are used throughout. You're also entitled to choose your own repairer regardless of what your insurer suggests, and TouchUps Body Shop can handle the claim directly.

Paint and Finish

The on-site paint booth can match any factory finish. That includes satin, matte, and specialist colours that many bodyshops won't attempt. If colour accuracy matters, the equipment and expertise are here to match it.

Driver Assistance Systems

Modern vehicles rely on a network of cameras and sensors for systems like automatic emergency braking, lane assist and parking assistance. These need to be recalibrated after bodywork is carried out, and not every bodyshop has the equipment to do it. TouchUps Body Shop has invested in a 360-degree ADAS calibration mat that covers every major manufacturer, so recalibration is handled as part of our repair work rather than something passed on to someone else.

Technician Qualifications

Our panel and paint technicians requalify every three years and are audited against current standards. The workshop holds Level 3 and Level 4 hybrid qualifications under the British Standards Kitemark, covering electric and hybrid vehicles, along with structural aluminium qualifications for specialist repairs.
